All returns must be authorized by our operations team. Please email shop@nutritionwithjudy.com to receive an RMA # for return. Returned products must be unopened, free of any markings (in the same condition as it was received), and must be returned within 30 days of invoice date. There will be a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges are non-refundable.
With test kits and lab work, once the test is submitted to the lab, sales are final and non-refundable. Unused tests are refundable for 30 days less the 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges on test kits are non-refundable.
Apparel, guides (ebooks) and services rendered are non-refundable.
