Hi there! I’m Judy Cho, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, serving clients both virtually and in Austin, TX. I also hold a Psychology and Communications degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
I work with clients by focusing on root cause healing for an array of health challenges. Together, we work to create individualized solutions, prioritizing nutrient-dense foods that are sustainable for the long term.
Prior to becoming a nutritional therapist. I was a management consultant at a top 5 consulting firm for over 12 years. I now leverage my psychology degree and nutritional therapy education to help serve my clients and the community in the most effective ways.
I am a nutritional advocate for a meat-based diet, and on most days, my kids follow a low carb or ketogenic diet. I am focused on debunking nutritional misinformation and promoting self-knowledge and self-advocacy. I share bite-sized holistic nutrition information with my infographics on social media platforms. I am passionate about helping people be their best selves and live their best lives.
