🤩So excited to share this survey study that shares data (including bloodwork) of 2000+ individuals that were carnivore for AT LEAST 6 months.

📖There were actually 3,883 total participants but 1,418 were excluded for various reasons.

CONS OF STUDY:

🔹Most people follow carnivore for healing, not for biohacking optimization
🔹< 10% had plant-based foods. (of 2,029, that’s less than 202 participants).
🔹95% felt improvement in overall health
🔹69-91% felt improvement in well-being
🔹48-93% felt improvement in other medical conditions
🔹84-100% of diabetics reduced diabetic medications
🔹Pregnant women can do carnivore
🔹Breastfeeding women can do carnivore

⚠️Carnivore doesn’t damage your thryoid (if done properly)
⚠️It doesn’t lower your testosterone (if done properly)
⚠️Organ meats not required to thrive on carnivore
⚠️You don’t need plant-based foods if you do carnivore the right way for you
⚠️Don’t trust every salesman, influencer, or practitioner—even with letters after their name. We are all HUMAN.

Carnivore (statistically found) IS healing.
