Should You Get the COVID-19 Vaccine?

Sent by JUDY CHO | January 24, 2021

Being part of “alternative health” is never easy.

If I wanted it easy, I would have picked a mainstream narrative. Telling you to eat everything in moderation is easy — easier than telling you to eat only meat for healing.

Lately in podcasts, the topics are controversial. But I have to be wholly honest. I never planned to play on the edge of health and wellness. But my life’s journey brought me here. Being plant-based nearly took my life. Or maybe the lack of all types of meats and quality animal-fats for 12 years.

As I healed my weakened body with fats and meats, I was in complete disillusionment with the nutritional misinformation and medical recommendations from standard care.
The more I dug, the more I saw how wrong the system was.

Why are we giving diabetics more insulin instead of fixing the root cause?
Maybe we should focus on less glucose-rich foods, instead of giving more insulin.

Why are we telling people to take statins when 50% of the people that suffer heart attacks have normal ranges of cholesterol? And why are we recommending reducing cholesterol levels when our brain is 60% cholesterol? And even then, LDL cholesterol alone does not determine heart disease.

Why are we taking antidepressants like SSRIs when 90% of our serotonin is made in our gut? And same with dopamine and even melatonin? Yes, the gut serotonin doesn’t cross the blood-brain barrier, but the body is a bunch of chemical reactions.
It’s all connected.

Why are we told to take birth control pills to manage acne when we should fix the imbalance with our hormones? And why are we never told that these medications tax our detox pathways, require excess nutrients, and also deplete others?

How many times have we been told to take CoQ10 for statins? Or folate and the many other medications for birth control pills?

COVID-19 Vaccination: Risk vs. Reward

If you can’t tell by now, I love researching and searching for truth on holistic health topics. I also like to write and make visuals that make sense. A picture is worth a thousand words, after all.

This is why I wrote Carnivore Cure and why so many graphics were included. Sometimes the image never leaves your memory.

For the past couple of weeks, I’ve been doing extensive research to write a paper that is dear to my heart — a topic that is closer to everyone’s heart right now. In the blog post, there’s one graphic that I can’t get out of my head — (you can see it below).

While I tried to stay out of controversial topics (other than a meat-based nutrition), I just couldn’t help myself with vaccines. As my former editor recommended, in my research, I primarily cited mainstream media and well-regarded journals. The thought is that if I stick to status quo citation sources, I’m not sharing a conspiracy theory. (I also did this in Carnivore Cure).

I ask a lot of questions in my research and you can follow my rabbit-hole investigating. If you have young children, I highly recommend you read this. I tried to be as balanced as possible.

More than anything, I hope it sheds light and allows you to make the most informed decision for yourself and your loved ones.

If you find the research helpful, please share as it’s so imperative for people, especially parents of little ones, to read.

Should I get the COVID-19 Vaccine?

After a decade of a nutrient-poor diet and blaming (and shaming) myself for not getting it together, I realized it wasn’t me.

You can imagine how disillusioned I was.

But no more.

It’s not easy but I’ll always fight for truths and an alternative narrative for optimal health, so we can enjoy this life that is worth living.

And my purpose in life has become to share it with you.

with ♥️ and hope for healing,
