When I first heard of Carnivore, I thought it was crazy. I thought people lost their minds.
I got to a point where I was DESPERATE and the incredible healing stories on a carnivore diet seemed worth exploring.
I planned for 2 weeks. But the healing was incredible. I started healing and 5 years later, I’m still here. And not only am I here, I’m now passionately advocating for an animal-based diet.
My husband also thought Carnivore was crazy. He was concerned when I started eating an all-meat diet. I already was struggling with an eating disorder and Carnivore seemed disordered.
But stories don’t lie.
As much as I share studies and support my information with evidence-based research, the motivation is in our stories.
We are willing to try because someone else healed.
How many people try a new diet solely on some new found literature? Usually people are willing to try something new because someone shared something positive about it.
Don’t try to make Carnivore complicated. If you’re sick and tired of being sick and tired, Carnivore is worth a try.
I make the case in upcoming content that Carnivore IS the most anti-inflammatory diet. If we know that all modern-day illness stems from inflammation, whatever you are suffering from (mental or physical), an all-meat diet (without plants) is worth a try.
An all-meat does not include fruits or carbs. I’ve seen too many patient-clients that have had colitis flares by bringing back fruit and “healthy” carbs.
Not everyone has to do zero-carb Carnivore forever, but it’s an ideal place to start. Take the noise out of the diet. Quite the mind and body, and then figure out what meat-based variety ends up working for you long term.
The way we fuel our body can bring so much healing.
I thought Carnivore was crazy. But it’s changed my life and I’m now a firm believer. And Carnivore just may change yours.
