Microblog: Spotlight Sunday Is with @thebiohackingfamily

On Sundays, I spotlight one of your inspirational carnivore diet stories to share with the community. It takes a village and in this case, it’s this amazing tribe.⠀

🔦Spotlight Sunday is with @thebiohackingfamily.⠀

WHAT CARNIVORE HAS HEALED FOR MIRIAM & STERLING⠀
👩🏼MIRIAM:⠀
🥩 DYSFUNCTIONAL UTERINE BLEEDING⠀
🥩 INFERTILITY⠀
🥩 DRY EYES⠀
🥩 HIVES⠀
🥩 ANXIETY⠀

👨🏼STERLING:⠀
🥩 BODY COMPOSITION⠀
🥩 ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION⠀
🥩 DERMATITIS⠀
🥩 CANDIDA⠀

3 TIPS FOR GOING CARNIVORE⠀
1️⃣ EAT UNTIL SATIETY: Eat until satisfied. Please don’t look at this WOE as a diet. Give your body time to heal the weight loss and body composition changes will come with time. Undereating can cause an entire host of issues. Make sure to give your body the nutrients it needs while it’s healing.⠀

2️⃣ REVERSE FASTING: Eat breakfast and late lunch/early dinner. Eating early is beneficial for hormones and ending the eating window earlier helps with deep sleep and recovery. This is a great option to try for those looking for better ways to fit intermittent fasting into their specific health goals and needs.⠀

3️⃣ LOW ENERGY: Afternoon energy dip? We have found eating or supplementing salt in the mid-afternoon helps a lot! Electrolytes and sole water are also options to incorporate for an afternoon pick-me-up.⠀

🧵#CARNIVORE75HARD TIP⠀
SELF-CARE: If you eat something “off” plan, forgive yourself and eat meat. Do not try to compensate and skip a meal. This will send your blood sugar and cravings out of control.⠀
Remember change takes time, be kind and patient with yourself! Take every day one step at a time.

🐄Some say these are just anecdotal stories. I say, maybe. But there’s no harm in trying the carnivore diet. If you have physical and mental symptoms, try it. Worse case, you can always go back to your present diet. Or you may just join our carnivore tribe and be part of the “not-valid-science,” body of anecdotal stories that #meatheals. ♥️
