Can we eat grocery store, conventional pork or chicken?

❗️YES. PUFAs in meats are not rancid. Even if you are cooking it multiple times, they are not cleaned with hexane oils and chemicals.

🌟We don’t need to eat only pasture-raised pork and chickens. Sure, it’s ideal, but eat what you like and what you can afford.

⛑Nuance and details matter in wellness because we are all different. I hope this conversation with Dr. Paul Mason allows you to understand that PUFAs in animal meats do not really matter, especially on a meat-only diet.

💡Remove seed oils but don’t fear PUFAs in meats. Removing these foods is doing more harm than benefit to our well-being.

🔥We need pork for thiamine and we need thiamine for metabolic function. Chicken also tends to have higher vitamin K2.

🐖Remember, all blue zones, eat one meat in common and that meat is pork.
