Autoimmune illness of all kinds is an immune response by the body against its own cells or tissues.


🥀At it’s simplest form, autoimmune illness is where the immune system confuses the body as a foe.


🔪The immune cells target the body’s own healthy tissues (by mistake) and signal the body to attack.
